☕ Morning fam, A LOT of what we go through would be avoided if we just built our own, especially in industries/leagues where we are the majority of the labor. If we had our own we wouldn’t haven’t to worry about being the last ones hired and the first ones fired, getting paid less, hair discrimination in school or on the job, code switching, begging others to teach us our history or trying to fit in where we are not welcomed.
